Delivery, Setup and Cancellations

We deliver all over Denver and throughout the State of Colorado in addition to Wyoming, Nebraska, and Kansas.  There will be a small fee to deliver in the Denver metro area and Northern Colorado areas. For all locations outside of the Denver metro area or Northern Colorado, the delivery fee is based on milage/distance.  The delivery fee is to pay for the extra miles and time required to get to the locations outside of our normal delivery area.  When you book online your delivery address will automatically create a delivery fee if there is one.  See below for more information on our delivery fees and minimum order policy.

Delivery Areas

We deliver from Boulder and Broomfield down through Highlands Ranch and Parker including the entire Denver Metro area.  Our other location named Roo Jumps, services Northern Colorado (Greeley, Fort Collins, Brighton, Windsor, Loveland and surrounding areas).  If you are unsure or need any assistance, please contact our office…we’re here to help.

EXTRA DELIVERY FEES: If your order contains any of the following items, there will be a delivery fee charged. These units require special care, time to setup and equipment and thus we add a delivery fee to account for that.  In addition, we may add fuel or delivery fees based on gas prices or how far away from our warehouses you are.

Minimum Order Policy

Minimum Orders.  Our minimum order for any delivery is $250.  For those locations where a delivery fee is required, the minimums are higher. The minimum for locations outside of the Denver Metro area is $250.  Out of state or mountain towns have a $500 or more minimum depending on location and time of year.

Event Lighting Equipment. If your order contains any Event Lighting Equipment (Globe Lighting, Up Lighting, or Pipe and Drape), we require a minimum of $500 in order to deliver. This minimum does not include any purchased items, cleaning fees, set up and take down fees, or delivery fees. Event Lighting deliveries are for up to 24 hours. Delivery fees will be based on your location.
 

Delivery Prep

Clear Path. Please ensure that there is a clear path from the street all the way to your set up area. Only the larger jumps require a 4-5′ path since they are so large. If you have stairs or a tiered backyard please call the office to discuss setup options.

Clear Area. Remove all sharp objects, toys, twigs, rocks, and clean ALL dog piles from the area, inflatables will NOT be set up in unsanitary conditions.

Flat Area. The inflatables need to be set up on a flat surface and free from obstructions on all sides as well as above (trees, overhangs, etc.).  The size of each inflatable is listed on our website. Grassy areas are preferable.
Note: We do ask if we are setting up on grass or concrete before we arrive so that our drivers are prepared for set up.

Electricity. Inflatables and any items requiring electricity need an electrical source within 100 feet; generators are available for an additional charge ($60-$120).

Overnight Rentals. Why not go overnight with it? No problem.  All overnight rentals must be in a secured area and we’ll provide you instructions on how to secure, safely deflate and safely inflate the unit(s).

 

Cancellation Policy

When you reserve items for your event, it takes it out of our inventory for others to rent. We also pre-stage your items, schedule routing of our drivers for your day, and have a number of pre-event activities to complete when your reservation is made. As such, if you cancel for any reason, we will refund everything but your deposit (25% of the total rental cost). We understand we’re in Colorado and working with businesses and families.  Mother nature and life happens, we know.  All that we ask is that you let us know ASAP if something changes.

Cancellation will NOT be allowed once the equipment is delivered and setup.

Safety Cancellation – If the driver determines that there are unsafe conditions at the time of delivery, and they are unable to set up because of those conditions, we will refund everything but your deposit (25% of the total rental cost). Those conditions are generally unforeseeable prior to the delivery. We reserve the right to cancel any delivery if the weather is below 40 degrees Fahrenheit or we feel that the weather is not acceptable for the equipment to be used (excessive winds). Safety is our top priority and we are required to make decisions with safety as the first consideration for any event.
